“Working with David was a blessing for me at a crucial point in my life. I was 19 and figuring life out and had aspirations that people felt were crazy. David never said they couldn’t be done. He said it’s amazing someone so young can dream and have goals like this. Together we came up with my concrete vision and how to visualize it. He helped me come up with strategies to keep me moving closer to my goals. Never did he ever complain I was doing too much or I was out of my mind. Every single day was day to progress and for a 19 year trying to figure his way out we talked about the importance of software. We kept focusing on that and how it would serve me beyond my Athletic career. Fast forward 6 years later and chasing my dreams turned into a coaching career in the NBA. I still call David anytime I feel Overwhelmed or need advice as to how to mentally approach big events.  Truly thankful for all the years of friendship  and mentorship.”
